the New Year with Khenpo Tenzin Norgay Rinpoche and Lama Pasang Tenjing.
Sunday February 7, 2016
11 am Practice includes Vajarakilaya, Heart Sutra, Amitayus. Khenpo Norgay and Lama Pasang will lead us in practices to purify obstacles for the New Year. In the evening (6-8 pm) we will celebrate Guthur. During Losar, a traditional soup will be served. Each bowl of this special soup contains a fortune for the upcoming year!
Tuesday February 9, 2016
3 pm Practice will consist of an offering Puja. Khenpo Norgay and Lama Pasang will lead us in Prayers to the Eight Noble Auspicious Ones, Bodhisattva Vows, Treasure Blessing, Prayers to the 16 Arhats and the Long Life Prayer. We will offer Khata to Khenpo Norgay and receive his blessings. Following Practice we will celebrate with a pot luck dinner. Please consider bringing a favorite dish or drink to share.
Saturday February 13, 2016
At 10 am we will be meeting at our land “ Dechen Tharpa Ling” for Lhapso with Khenpo Norgay and Lama Pasang. Please consider bringing small offering such as cookies, sweets, drinks or juices.
At 4 pm we will return to PCD Dallas for our Losar Party. Dinner will follow the festivities at 8 pm.

From 6-8 PM, Khenpo Tenzin Norgay Rinpoche will give an Explanation & Teaching on The 7 Line Prayer. This will be followed by Shower Blessings & Tsok.
