5 Taco Stops Along the Margarita Mile
Sip along the Margarita Mile with tacos as the main course.
Celebrate your love for tacos with the Margarita Mile! On top of great margaritas along the Mile, there's also some great tacos to be found. Here are a few of our favorites.
Beto & Son
Trinity Groves
Get your taco fix at this New American-Mexican restaurant. Unique taco options like the beer battered salmon or the carne asada will please any crowd, and there's also a family-style option with 10 tacos and rice and beans – the perfect option if the whole crew came to join. Bonus: a spacious patio makes it easy to dine out safely.
Meso Maya
Downtown
Enjoy authentic Mexican cuisine with Meso Maya's tacos. Go for the carnitas, pollo, carne, or brisket – each served in homemade white corn tortillas and topped with melted Chihuahua cheese, with a side of tasty white rice and black beans.
Jalisco Norte
Oak Lawn
If you're looking for upscale Mexican fare, try Jalisco Norte on Oak Lawn. They have five tacos on the menu, including a very on-trend birria option. If we had to choose just one, the Governador shrimp taco is definitely one of our favorites.
La Ventana
Downtown Dallas
The patio at La Ventana's Downtown location is perfect for a late night stop, but if you can't make it there, the restaurant's Dallas Farmers Market location is equally enjoyable. The lively taco spot is known for their daily-made fresh tortillas and offers nine meat options for your tacos. At only $1.95 each, it's good for the wallet and your stomach.
Tejas
Bishop Arts
This trendy Tex-Mex spot in the heart of the Bishop Arts District offers the most adorable option - tiny tacos! Order your choice of picadillo beef or poblano chicken served on 2 inch hard shell tacos by the dozen or half dozen. Pair the flight of tacos with their refreshing cucumber margarita and you're in for a treat.
